The collection moves effortlessly between delicate florals, bright fruits, earthy textures and refined savoury bites. Soft peach meets fragrant orange blossom. Apple is paired with jasmine. Pistachio meets raspberry in a delicate macaron, while savoury creations balance the experience with honey, pear and prosciutto, salmon roe atop potato tartin, and a rich chicken and mushroom choux.
