The Season Ahead at KOI
At KOI Dessert Bar, we believe every season deserves its own story. Throughout the rest of 2026, our chefs create limited-edition collections inspired by the changing seasons, cultural celebrations and creative collaborations. Many are available for only a short time and, once they conclude, they rarely return.
As one chapter comes to an end, we're delighted to share a glimpse of what's waiting just around the corner.
July | A Celebration of Collaboration
Our exclusive Peachy Hero Cake, created in collaboration with Bath & Body Works Australia, celebrates the delicate pairing of ripe peach and fragrant orange blossom in a dessert that blurs the line between pastry and art.
For a limited time, guests purchasing the Peachy Hero Cake will also receive a complimentary Vera Bradley gift from Bath & Body Works while stocks last.
As this collaboration draws to a close, it marks the beginning of an exciting new season at KOI.
August | Chinese Valentine’s Day
Chinese Valentine's Day (Qixi Festival) falls on Wednesday 19 August. That weekend, KOI will present a limited-edition creation inspired by love and shared moments.
September | Spring Arrives
Spring is one of our favourite times of year.
Our boutiques in Chippendale, Ryde and Melbourne will welcome guests to our much-anticipated Spring High Tea, a refined afternoon experience celebrating the colours, flavours and elegance of the new season.
Running on 5–6 September and 12–13 September, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu served between 12:00pm and 4:00pm, with 90-minute sittings.
Bookings will open soon, and we can't wait to share the menu with you.
September also brings one of our most anticipated annual collections — our Limited Edition Mooncakes. Each year, our pastry team reimagines this timeless Mid-Autumn Festival tradition with KOI's contemporary approach to flavour, craftsmanship and presentation.
October | KOI Beyond the Boutique
From 21–25 October, KOI will join Parramatta Lanes, one of Sydney's most vibrant food and cultural festivals.
We'll be bringing exclusive creations to the festival alongside Osaka DonutLab, giving guests another opportunity to experience KOI in a unique setting beyond our boutiques.

Looking Towards the Festive Season
As the year draws to a close, our pastry kitchen will once again unveil the KOI Christmas Collection — a range of celebration cakes and festive desserts designed to make holiday gatherings even more memorable.
