CAKE DECORATING CLASS
Classes will include covering techniques using fondant, sugar flowers arrangements and how to colour cake or flowers using air brush gun. Anita will offer hands on and step by step instruction on how to decorate your very own cake.

- How to cut, fill and level a chocolate mud cake
- How to crumb coat your cake
- How to create a sharp edged base with chocolate ganache
- How to prepare and cover a Styrofoam
- How to make royal icing
- How to cover a round cake with fondant
- How to safely and securely stack your cakes
- How to arrange your sugar flowers
- How to air brush sugar flower or fondant with edible colouring
Anita Tanoto is the founder of Sweet Inspirations Australia, a successful cake decorating supplier for businesses and wholesalers and has followed her passion of decorating and making wedding cakes for the past 17 years. Her work profile can be seen in www.dayspringcakes.com.au and the latest www.sugarartdeco.com She was trained locally in Sydney and in the USA at the Caljava International decorating school in Los Angeles to enhance her skill. Her passion and focus is sugar art, visual artistic and balance of flavours.

Is this class suitable for beginners?
Cancellations / Changes of your Class Booking
KOI Dessert Kitchen operate a no refund policy and as such we are unable to refund any class bookings where you decide to cancel a class booking 5 days or less prior to commencing your class, as a result of any change in personal circumstances, including medical grounds. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. If you cancel a class booking more than 5 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note in a Gift Card format (12 months expiry) where you can use it to purchase our desserts.
