SPRING HIGH TEA

Spring High Tea Set includes a selection of 3 savoury bites, 5 Spring inspired desserts, and a macaron, alongside free flow coffee and tea. Available for $65/person on Saturdays and Sundays from 5th October- 13th October at KOI Chippendale and KOI Ryde.

Verbena (Lemon verbena, sea buckthorns, coconut, caramel)
Red fortune (Raspberry agar, lychee pearl, strawberry compote, rose and yuzu)
Lemon lime bitter
Pink Lady (Apple & tonka bean mousse, caramelised apple with cinnamon confit, speculoos crumb)
Amande (Almond & amaretto whipped ganache, almond praline, vanilla sponge, speculoos crumb)
Mango passion macaroon
Ham & cheese croissant
Chicken Tartlet
Parmesan cheese stick
$65/person
(Including free flow of tea and coffee)

High Tea time allocation is 1.5 hour per seating. Booking time is between 12pm to 3pm (last seating).
Minimum 2 people per high tea set. Please provide 48-hour notice for all dietary requirements. Bookings are highly recommended and must be fully prepaid in advanced.
Cancellation policy: 72 hours notification required, in the case booking is cancelled less than 72 hours $65/person cancellation fee applies.
